These terms cover this website. Use of the software itself is governed by the licence agreement signed with your organisation, which takes precedence wherever the two differ.

Clinical use
MedVerse ViewRAI is software intended for viewing and processing medical images by qualified healthcare professionals. Whether it may be used for primary diagnostic reading depends on the regulatory approval that applies in your market and on the display hardware you read on. Ask us for the intended-use statement and the current certification position for your country, and do not rely on any page of this website as a substitute for it.
Clinical judgement stays with the clinician. Nothing the software displays, measures or calculates replaces a professional's assessment of a patient.
Using this website
You may read, print and share these pages. You may not copy the site's design, code or brand assets for use elsewhere, or present its content as your own.
The MedVerse name, logo and brand gradient are the property of MedVerse. Product and company names mentioned elsewhere on the site belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe interoperability.
Accuracy of what's published here
Feature descriptions reflect the current release and can change between versions. Where a capability depends on your archive, your licence tier or your hardware, the page says so. For anything you plan to commit to contractually, ask for the conformance statement and the release notes for the specific build.
Downloads
Installers are published through the account portal and are code-signed. Verify the signature before deploying to clinical workstations. Software obtained anywhere other than this site or your organisation's own mirror is not supported and may have been modified.
Prices and payment
Prices on the pricing page are in Egyptian pounds and exclude any local tax. Payment is taken at the time of purchase, and the case pool is added to your account once the payment is confirmed. See the shipping and delivery policy for how and when a purchase is delivered, and the refund policy for the 14-day refund window.

Where the site links out, including to the sign-in service, those destinations have their own terms. We're not responsible for content we don't control.
