What gets delivered

A purchase buys a case pool for the MedVerse ViewRAI workstation. There's no box, disc or hardware, and no shipping fee.

• The software. Installers for Windows and macOS are available from the download page and your account at login.mvdicomviewer.com, free, whether or not you've bought anything.
• The case pool. The cases you pay for are added to your organisation's account balance.

When it's delivered

Card payments are credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. Payments by invoice or bank transfer are credited within one business day of the funds reaching us. The new balance shows in the viewer and in your account.

The pool's 12-month term starts on the purchase date.

Where it's delivered

Delivery is online, so there's no geographic limit on where you can receive it. Some tools are restricted where local regulation requires it, and we'll confirm what applies in your country before you buy.

If it doesn't arrive

If your balance hasn't updated within one business day of payment, contact support@medverse-eg.com or WhatsApp +20 111 125 8195 with the order reference. If we can't deliver what you paid for, you get a full refund under our refund policy.
