Prices are in Egyptian pounds, converted from US dollars at 1 USD = 51.50 EGP, and exclude any local tax. Card and invoice both work; purchase orders are fine on Premium and Enterprise.

The unit

What uses up a case

One case is one study you report through AI dictation. That's the whole rule, and the detail below exists so nobody has to guess where the edges are.

Everything else in the viewer is free. Opening a study, windowing it, measuring it, reformatting it and putting it next to a prior never touches the balance — you pay when AI Reporting produces the report, and only then.

The count is per study, not per image. A 1,200-slice CT and a two-view chest X-ray each cost exactly one case.

How the pool behaves

What happens when the pool runs out?
Reading carries on exactly as before — an empty balance never locks you out of your own images. What stops is AI dictation, until you add cases. You can top up at any point in the term rather than waiting for a renewal date.
When does pay as you go make more sense than a pool?
When your reporting volume is low or hard to predict. Top-ups start at EGP 257.50 (US$5), so a clinic dictating a handful of reports a week never has to commit to a year's worth up front. Once you can see roughly what you report annually, a sized pool is the simpler thing to renew and to put through procurement.
Do unused cases roll over?
No. A pool is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and whatever is left expires at the end of that term. Size it against the number of studies you expect to report, not the number you expect to read, and top up mid-term if you underestimate — that's cheaper than over-buying up front.
Can several radiologists share one pool?
Yes, and that's the point of the model. A pool belongs to the organisation, not to a person. There is no per-seat licence to count, so add as many readers and as many workstations as you need — they all draw from the same balance.
Is anything held back on the cheaper pools?
Not in the viewer. AI Reporting, volume rendering, PET/CT fusion, mammography layouts, DICOM print and anonymisation are in every pool including the free trial. What Enterprise adds is administrative: central policy, pooled balances across sites, audit export, remote wipe and offline activation.
How does it work on an air-gapped network?
On Enterprise terms the pool is issued as a signed activation file, so the reading workstations need no outbound internet access. Consumption is reconciled from an export you send us on whatever schedule the agreement sets.
Can we change our mind about the size?
Within the first 30 days of a new pool we'll move you up a size and credit what you already paid. After that, top-ups are the way to add capacity.
